GusMiLabs operates the GusMi suite of business software, available at gusmilabs.com and its product subdomains. For any privacy question you can reach us at support@gusmilabs.com.

Information you provide: your name, work email, company name and the products you are interested in when you join the waitlist, create an account or contact us.

Payment information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details such as your email, plan and status, but we never store full card numbers.

Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URLs and diagnostic logs collected automatically when you use the Services.

To provide, operate and maintain the Services, including authentication, workspaces and collaboration features.

To process payments, manage subscriptions and provide customer support.

To improve our products, understand usage trends, prevent fraud and keep the Services secure.

To send service messages and, when you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and language preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your personal information and to withdraw consent, under regulations such as the GDPR, the CCPA and Mexico's LFPDPPP.
